Christos Kedras
 

 
Christos Kedras was born and grew up in Greece next to the majestic waters of the Aegean Sea.
He started as a DJ, and co-founded the Greek electronic music label "Mediterranean Beat".
 
Moving to Los Angeles he quickly gained acclaim for his sophisticated DJ sets full of bossa nova, afro-latin, soul, nu jazz, and soulful house. Christos established a number of DJ/music nights like "Beatbox" (with DJ Panic), "Elevation" (with award-winning poet Mela), "Deep Blue" (with LA restaurateur Larry Nicola),"Slice" (with DJ Martin East), and "Groove Kitty" (with Theo Zanos). He has DJed alongside John Beltran, Jay-J, Q-burns, Graham Sahara, Raul Campos, and for the likes of Sting, the Coalition of LA Designers, the Kabbalah, Create:Fixate, and numerous events.
 
Getting into songwriting & production, Christos co-established Kapa Music with fellow DJ & producer Martin East. His production work has earned him kudos from heavyweights like Pete Tong, Claude Monnet, Ian Pooley, Nick Warren, Tony Humphries, Kaskade, and has aired on numerous radios including KCRW, BBC Radio 1, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Radio FG, and Ibiza Global Radio.
